2-3Bed Hse RTB BRentford Huge Garden driveway for 2 cars
I have a lovely 2 bed hse (classed as a 2) with triple size bedrooms, 1 bedroom is currently made into 2...with a partion wall and seperate doorways (so done properly) but this could be removed, if you wanted me to do it. Most rooms have chimney breasts if you wanted to open them up.
The house has 2 gardens, 1 front and 1 back, a driveway for 2 cars although there is free street parking in abundance where we are.
Garden is big enough for extra building(s) next door have a conservatory and it hasnt even touched the length of the garden. Neighbours are great both sides... we have lived here for more than 15 yrs.
It has central heating/double glazed windows, a porch, cupboard under the stairs, built in single cupboards in 2 of the bedrooms. Bathroom is compact and on the Ground floor. Fitted beech kitchen with black/granite style tops - c/h to be upgraded very soon.(although it doesnt need it)
Extremely near to Syon park train station (waterloo) and bus routes into Chiswick, Ealing and Twickenham. 2 mins away from the A4.
Excellent schools nearby Blue school Marlborough primary, Gumley Girls/Isleworth and Syon Boys secondary
I would like a 2/3 bedroom house or converted flat/maisonette - must be GROUND floor. A bathroom on the same floor as the bedrooms - my baby was born with disabled feet and will need a bathroom on the same floor as his bedroom.
Not to fussed about decor, as i believe you make your home once your living in it!
There isnt a seperate dining room.. but you could put a conservatory up for extra space if you felt you needed it! the only reason i havent is because i want to move to a different area.(my partner has started a new job in Leatherhead)
Would like a swap to Leatherhead (or surrounding areas) / Near M3, East Sussex
Would also consider the surrounding areas of : Chiswick (for family)
